Operation Confidence, is a grass roots nonprofit organization that provides job preparation workshops, search for employment opportunities and host career fairs for individuals with physical disabilities. OC have assisted over 11,000 individuals to gain meaningful employment and independent living though our job fairs, dress for success program, recruitment and outreach efforts, in our 26 year history.

Operation Confidence's Positive Redirection Team are a diverse group of very independent people (all wheelchair users) who are motivational speakers, mentors, life coaches and constants.

The team have been recognized and commended by , Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, Governor Bob Riley-Alabama, Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, Congresswoman Lucille Robal Allard, Congressman Brad Sherman, Councilwoman Jan Perry, Assemblywomen Cindy Montanez, Councilman Bernard Parks, Councilwoman Janice Hahn, Councilman Alex Padilla, Supervisor Yvonne Brathwaite Burke, Sheriff Leroy Baca, and Supervisor Zev Yaroslavsky.
